Training And Certification Coordinator
PingWind is seeking a Training and Certification Coordinator in Cybersecurity who is responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing cybersecurity training programs and certification initiatives for the organization. This role involves identifying training needs, creating training materials, and ensuring that employees receive the necessary education to maintain a high level of cybersecurity awareness and compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities
Typical Responsibilities/Tasks: Develop and implement comprehensive cybersecurity training programs for employees at all levels. Identify training needs through assessments, surveys, and consultations with department heads. Create and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and online courses. Coordinate certification programs and ensure employees are aware of and pursue relevant cybersecurity certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+). Track and manage certification renewals and continuing education requirements. Assess the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements based on feedback. Ensure training programs comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., NIST, ISO, GDPR). Promote a culture of cybersecurity awareness and best practices across the organization. Develop and distribute cybersecurity awareness materials, such as newsletters, posters, and email campaigns.
