Managing all phases of ground-up education construction projects from preconstruction through closeout Developing and maintaining project schedules, budgets, and cost controls to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain workflow and quality standards Ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and education-specific building codes Communicating regularly with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to provide updates and address issues promptly Overseeing quality control inspections and resolving any construction-related challenges Preparing and managing project documentation, including reports, RFIs, change orders, and daily logs Leading site meetings and fostering a collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and problem-solving Monitoring project risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
