This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026. As a SAP Technical IT Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the technical aspects of our SAP systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our SAP infrastructure, as well as driving continuous improvement and innovation. Your expertise in SAP technical solutions will be essential in supporting our business operations and driving digital transformation. You will report directly to ERP Director IT. This role will work out of our Morris Plains, Charlotte or Houston location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our business processes by ensuring the stability, performance, and security of our SAP systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements and drive operational excellence.
