Ts-Account Engineer-A1 (G)
The position reports to Tetra Pak headquarters at 3300 Airport Road, Denton, TX 76207, but will work at various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. 25% International and domestic travel required. Telecommuting permitted 2-3 days per week. Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position. As a TS-Account Engineer-A1 (G), you will: Conduct preventive maintenance activities for our customers in the food industry in line with Tetra Pak standard global procedures and reinstate Tetra Pak food packaging and processing systems equipment into the customer's production environments according to defined expectations. Execute installation and commissioning tasks of complete Tetra Pak systems. Execute installation of relevant rebuilding/upgrade kits according to procedures. Execute timely reporting of all discovered technical issues. Using continuous improvement methodology to drive performance at the customer site. Inform relevant Tetra Pak staff about ongoing service activities as well as any issues affecting the customers or the quality of Tetra Pak service. Inform management about any business opportunities discovered for customers. Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak by promoting good working relationships with the customers and ensuring that Tetra Pak's reputation is sustained. Execute and complete all relevant reports in an accurate and timely manner. Distribute reports according to existing procedures and ensure that the proper handover is done. Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak personnel safety, Tetra Pak food safety, and customer safety regulations and requirements. Escalate all discovered food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory issues. Conduct on-site/off-site Operator and Mechanical training for internal Tetra Pak and customer personnel. Maintain an issue resolution database and perform troubleshooting and fault-finding services onsite and remotely. Conduct regular time entry, service reporting and e-mail correspondence. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Systems, Automation, Process, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, and 8 years of relevant work.
