Real Estate Content Marketing Lead

Blackstone's Marketing team protects and strengthens the Blackstone brand while advancing the firm's business objectives. The Real Estate Content Marketing Lead will serve as the bridge between Blackstone Marketing and the firm's $315 billion Real Estate business. In this role, you will develop and implement a global content strategy aimed at financial advisors, individual investors, and limited partners, as well as other industry stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring innovative thinking to how the business reaches and communicates with audiences across channels. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a content strategy for Blackstone Real Estate. Align content to commercial priorities, high-profile announcements, and business milestones. Partner with Real Estate leadership, Public Affairs, and Government Relations to help shape the public narrative around the business. Oversee content marketing for Blackstone's real estate perpetual strategies. Collaborate with teams across Blackstone Marketing. Advise on other marketing work streams touching Blackstone Real Estate. Support content activation across appropriate channels. Qualifications:

10+ years of relevant experience in financial services marketing with a focus on real estate. Experience developing and executing a content strategy for multiple channels. Collaborative mindset; builds strong relationships with stakeholders. Experience interacting with C-suite executives. Strong writing and editing skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Assignments, duties, and responsibilities may be changed at any time, with or without notice, by Blackstone in its sole discretion. Expected annual base salary range: $185,000 - $275,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role.
