Technician In Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services

As a Technician in Facility Services, Power Washing Exterior Services, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our retail locations. This position requires a hands-on approach, operating and maintaining pressure washing equipment to clean various surfaces, including walls, sidewalks, roofs, parking lots, and more. Responsibilities include: Operating and maintaining corporate vehicles, pressure washers, pumps, hoses, nozzles, and other equipment Evaluating areas to be cleaned and determining suitable pressure levels and temperature settings Removing dirt, debris, trash, and other contaminants from surfaces while following safety procedures Responding to work order requests and maintaining accurate records, logs, and documentation Conducting safety and preventative maintenance checks on equipment Performing other facility-related maintenance duties as assigned Requirements include: 1-3 years of experience in the power washing/exterior maintenance industry Valid, state-issued driver's license Ability to work alternative shifts, including overnight and weekends Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Certifications in power washing or facility maintenance are preferred, but not required.
