Training Coordinator
Help us support growth from the inside out! We're seeking a Training Coordinator to join our team and help us foster a continuous learning environment across the agency. F, 9am5pm. Some flexibility may be required. What You'll Do: Under the direction of the Director of Learning & Development, you'll: Conduct mandatory training sessions for direct support staff, collaborating with managers to ensure attendance and compliance. Assess training and orientation needs to identify knowledge and skill gaps, aligning programs with the agency's strategic goals. Facilitate train-the-trainer sessions to build instructional capacity among internal subject matter experts. Coordinate and support agency trainers in delivering content on various topics; deploy training opportunities as needed. Manage the agency's training schedule, including registration, communication of opportunities, and compliance tracking. Evaluate and refine training curriculum regularly, updating materials and delivery methods with department head approval. Contribute to the development and revision of training-related policies and procedures. Participate in management meetings and committees; provide quarterly quality improvement reports and communicate regulatory updates and compliance initiatives to staff. What We're Looking For: Experience in training, learning & development, or staff development (health or human services experience is a plus). Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage adult learners effectively. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Working knowledge of training compliance requirements and best practices in staff development. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new technology platforms. Strong written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative spirit with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
