Make a difference through Atrium's community service and volunteer programs. What You Will Do Oversee Front Office and Housekeeping operations, ensuring standards (brand and Atrium!) are followed to a T. Lead and support your teamcoaching, developing, and stepping in when needed to keep service top-notch. Keep the hotel spotless and guest-ready by coordinating cleanliness, maintenance, and timely responses to issues. Monitor department budgets, control labor and supply costs, and support revenue-generating initiatives. Create memorable guest experiences with proactive service and genuine connection (you'll be the reason they come back!). What We Are Looking For 2+ years of hospitality leadership
You've managed people and property, and you've got the stories (and spreadsheets) to prove it. Housekeeping or front desk experience
Understanding both sides of the rooms operation makes you a true hotel ninja. Strong people leadership skills
Coaching, conflict resolution, and motivation are all in your toolkit. Solid computer skills
Microsoft Office Suite, team chats, and reports won't slow you down. Flexible schedule
