Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for Registered Nurses Clinical Nurse Specialist at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, Virginia and its associated Branch Health/Medical Clinics and Tricare Prime Clinics This contract position offers position within: Otolaryngology Clinic---Possess a minimum experience of one (1) year within the last two (2) years as an RN working in medical-surgical or ENT clinical setting. Gastroenterology Clinic--Possess a minimum experience of one (1) year within the last two (2) years as an RN working in medical-surgical or ENT clinical setting. Cardiology/ Vascular Clinics--Possess a minimum experience of one (1) year within the last two (2) years as an RN working in a cardiothoracic, vascular, or cardiology clinical setting Wound Care Clinic--Possess a minimum experience of one (1) year within the last two (2) years as an RN working in a wound care or inpatient and ambulatory care setting. Adult Medical Clinic--Possess a minimum experience of one (1) year within the last two (2) years as an RN working in an internal medicine setting Position Highlights: Full Time Monday-Friday --0700-1900 Comprehensive Benefits Paid Time Off/ Federal Holidays Working with Active Military and Veterans Great work environment Additional Position Requirements: Degree: Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Education: Graduate from a college or university accredited by National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC), or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) may be a graduate of a state accredited professional nursing program OR a program accredited by Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN) or the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). Possess a minimum of one (1) year experience as an RN working in an outpatient acute care (hospital based) or ambulatory care setting within the last two years. Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse as required by the state.
