BD is seeking an ambitious and driven Territory Manager to represent our company in the Miami, FL area. Key Responsibilities Attain sales goals and drive revenue growth within your designated territory Develop new prospects and establish customer relationships Provide training and education to physicians, surgical staff, and other stakeholders on BD's product portfolio Offer on-site technical support to ensure effective utilization of BD's products Maintain thorough knowledge of BD's products, distribution channels, and industry trends Attend customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events to promote BD's offerings Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support special projects and initiatives Education
A Bachelor's degree is required for this position. Experience & Skills Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities Excellent organizational and planning skills Understanding of contract administration and group purchasing principles Ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays (at least 60% travel required) Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record Satisfactory criminal background check Ability to meet customer/medical facility access requirements, including drug screenings Preferred Qualifications
