$22/hr - $41.50/hr based on experience $1,500 SIGN-ON BONUS! 4-day work week! (4x10) Paid weekly! $6,240/annual ($3/hr) shift premium for 2nd shift positions Opportunities for self-promotion with provided OEM education courses Cookouts for safety milestones Duties & Responsibilities
Identify, diagnose, and resolve tractor related issues on Hirschbach's fleet of Freightliner (predominantly), Kenworth, and Internationals. Complete jobs such as: PMs, electrical diagnosis, air brakes, suspension and steering, after treatment repairs, charging system repairs, AC repairs, etc. Properly categorize repairs according to company standards: Preventative Maintenance, Components failures, Abuse, Accident, and Operations. Accurately and efficiently record parts and supplies used in performing repairs, which may include scanning bar codes of parts, and recording consumable supplies. Accurately and efficiently record repair stories to properly document complaints, causes and corrections of component failures, and enable the company to recover warrantable expenses. Provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly and professionally with drivers and fleet managers. Stay up to date with the latest industry technology and repair techniques through ongoing education and training. Assist other Technicians as needed. Other duties as assigned. Talent Requirements
