We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our facility and a key point of communication for residents, families, and staff. Position Summary:
The Receptionist is responsible for managing the front desk, answering calls, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role requires a warm demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist residents, families, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and friendly manner Manage sign-in/sign-out logs for visitors and staff Distribute mail, packages, and messages Maintain a clean and organized front desk and lobby area Provide administrative support to the nursing and administrative teams Comply with all confidentiality, privacy, and HIPAA regulations Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous receptionist or front desk experience preferred, especially in healthcare or senior care settings Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure Compassionate and professional demeanor Benefits:
