Roles & Responsibilities
Work with Fitness Leader to develop and realize your business plan, as well as expand your knowledge to be best in field! Willingness to be cross-trained to support new member sales Ensure that the fitness floor, equipment, and surfaces in the Center are sanitized, cleaned, in working order and well maintained Provide Healthy Start and Safe Start appointments (Initial Client Consults) Conduct fitness assessments with clients and evaluate their results (InBody 570 analysis equipment) Enroll and renew clients, as well as create personalized exercise programs for each that includes obtainable progression Manage client files, schedules, reminders, and document exercise progress in Club Ready software Identify special population needs Respect client confidentiality Actively participate in weekly team meetings and best practice sharing Offer timely, detailed feedback to Fitness Director to foster improved client and employee experience Participate in marketing strategies that will increase personal training services, attraction and retention Adherence to company standards as set forth in the Employee Handbook Exhibit a desire for learning, research and continual growth for professional development Sound like you already??? You are up to date with your current PT certifications, with nationally recognized elite: NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE and CPR/AED (must be maintained) Bachelor's Degree in related field of study (preferred but not required) Tactful verbal and written communications. You excel at time management and follow-up skills Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Experience with Club Ready platform, a major bonus!) Proven track record obtaining and retaining clientele; 3 or more years' experience as a CPT Benefits of working with us!
