Vendor Relations : Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate performance for quality and cost-effectiveness. Inventory & Demand : Maintain optimal inventory levels, implement control techniques, and align production with customer trends. Logistics : Coordinate transportation and work with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely deliveries. Cost Management : Monitor costs, create budgets, and implement savings strategies while maintaining quality standards. Data Analysis : Analyze supply chain performance metrics and recommend process improvements. Risk Management : Identify risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and enforce health and safety policies. Team Leadership : Develop and mentor the supply chain team to foster continuous improvement and accountability.
