General Labor Blaster
Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a General Labor Blaster to join their team. As a General Labor Blaster, you will be part of the Special Process Department supporting various operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: General Labor Blaster Location: Charlotte, NC Pay Range: $22.00/hour Shift: Friday - Sunday 5:30 AM - 6 PM What's the Job? Operate floor scrubbing machines and maintain basic housekeeping. Grit blast components, including the removal of coatings prior to inspection and repair. Assist in the operation and adjustment of various blasting equipment. Transport components to different workstations within the department. Perform preventative maintenance on blasting equipment and maintain records. What's Needed? High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, and understand simple instructions. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Experience in an industrial environment is preferred.
