Provide reception support, supply ordering, greeting clients, visitors and helping with meeting setup, cleanup, and other support as requested by office staff Coordinates with and provides support to other groups such as IT, HR, etc. Perform advanced skills required to operate business equipment associated with mailroom and telephone/reception area Travel planning and expense reporting Vendor contact Management of budgets and cost management Helps support office space planning for department Office safety Establish constructive working relationships with business leadership Qualifications
