Provide desktop support to Matador employees. Responsibilities Enterprise support for Windows/Microsoft environment, including direct interaction with end users Performs first and second level support for the computing environment, including desktop, peripherals, network, wireless, networked devices, and IP telephones Provisions physical access for employees and designated contractors Analyzes, troubleshoots, and maintains computer systems and related hardware Makes recommendations for improving our desktop and audio-visual environments Performs first and second level support for our audio-visual environment, ensuring that rooms and equipment are maintained and functioning properly Excellent communication skills Maintain high level of customer service through professionalism, timeliness, organizational skills and follow-through Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds while installing computer equipment Keep track of hardware inventory/organize asset disposal Qualifications
Education and Experience 3+ years recent experience supporting MS Windows in an enterprise environment Detail oriented, organized and capable of multi-tasking Four (4) year college degree with information technology concentration preferred
