The Miner Maintenance Supervisor (Repair Lab) is responsible for leading a team of electronics repair technicians in the maintenance and repair of ASIC mining equipment. This role oversees workflow efficiency, inventory control, billing processes, and ensures compliance with safety standards and company policies. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and organizational skills to maintain high service quality and operational excellence. This position is based out of our Rockdale, TX location. Essential Functions

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of 510 electronics repair technicians. Maintain accurate, up-to-date maintenance logs and generate weekly reports for upper management. Monitor and manage inventory levels, oversee proper parts usage, and process timely parts requests. Oversee warranty and non-warranty billing processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with manufacturer guidelines. Develop, document, and deliver training procedures to ensure consistent quality among new and existing technicians. Ensure accurate documentation and records for all repair and maintenance activities. Monitor repair workflows, implement process improvements, and reduce operational downtime. Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations. Receive directives from the Miner Maintenance Manager and assign workflows accordingly. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven knowledge of electronics repair and maintenance, with experience in ASIC miners (e.g., Bitmain, WhatsMiner) preferred. Strong understanding of electronic diagnostics, maintenance procedures, and ESD-safe practices. Proficient with inventory management systems and repair tracking software (e.g., ERP, RMA tools). Solid organizational skills with strong attention to detail in documentation and reporting. Ability to manage billing processes and interpret warranty service agreements. Effective leadership and communication skills; capable of training, mentoring, and motivating a technical team. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace. Education and Experience

High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree or technical certification in electronics or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years' experience in electronics repair, maintenance supervision, or a closely related technical role. Compensation and Benefits
