We are looking for a globally minded, results-driven Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist to help define and accelerate growth for HealthCast, a key franchise within Medtronics Acute Care & Monitoring Operating Unit. HealthCast connects a portfolio of emerging remote technologies that are redefining patient monitoringin the hospital, from hospital to home and at home. The portfolio includes a wearable multi-parameter sensor, a software solution that integrates and displays real-time and trended patient data from multiple devices across the hospital and finally, professional services and clinical consulting aimed at supporting implementation, workflow optimization, and change management for connected care technologies. This role blends strategic marketing leadership with operational execution and is ideal for someone eager to contribute to one of our most dynamic business units. Reporting to the Senior Group Manager Integrated Marketing, you will lead integrated marketing efforts from strategy to execution, collaborating with global and regional teams to build the brand, delivering campaigns, and driving growth and adoption among C-suite hospital decision-makers and clinical teams. From crafting customer journeys and content strategies to deploying omnichannel programs and measuring their impact, this role puts you at the forefront of Medtronics connected care transformation. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: Develops and implements business units integrated marketing programs that support reputational and commercial objectives. Leads omni-channel marketing effortsincluding paid, owned, earned, and shared strategiestargeting highly specialized B2B audiences, including hospital executives. Partners with global and regional teams to develop customer personas and journey maps to guide value-driven campaign development. Oversees content creation strategy across all touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand standards, regulatory guidelines, and local market needs. Supports cross-functional go-to-market strategies in collaboration with product, commercial, clinical, and field marketing teams at regional and global level. Strategizes on how to reach target customers/audiences based on their motivations, challenges, and triggers - with the goal of connecting with key audiences and generating demand. Leads sponsorship, partnership, and event activation strategies to elevate awareness and thought leadership for emerging technologies. Builds and owns digital/social media/web engagement strategies, calendar, execution, and reporting in partnership with agencies and internal stakeholders. Manages internal and external stakeholders to create and optimize campaign execution using KPIs, dashboards, and listening tools. Supports the development of key opinion leader (KOL) engagement and trade media placements to build credibility and market interest. Builds and maintains stakeholder contact databases to enable personalized, insight-driven outreach and messaging delivery. Who You Are You are a strategic thinker and tactical doer, ready to operate as a player-coach within a fast-moving team. You enjoy the challenge of building something new, and you thrive in a highly matrixed, global environment. You bring a proven track record in B2B integrated marketing, ideally within healthcare, digital health, connected care, or other regulated industriesincluding experience with both medical software platforms and hardware devices. You have a downstream marketing mindset with strong experience developing content, campaigns, and sales enablement tools that resonate with clinical and C-suite audiences. Must Have: Minimum Requirements Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience (integrated marketing, marketing communications or agency experience) or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience (integrated marketing, marketing communications or agency experience). Nice to Have Experience planning omni-channel content, under Digital first approach. Experience developing customer journey maps. Experience working with hospital systems, C-suite decision-makers, or global marketing teams. Strong project management and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to navigate a sales-centric organization and shifting priorities with agility. Knowledge of WorkFront or similar project management system. Knowledge of Veeva Promomats or similar regulated approval system. PR) locations (USD): 92,000.00 to 138,000.00. The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
