Bankruptcy Specialist II

We are currently looking for a Bankruptcy Specialist II to join our team! Reporting to the AVP, Bankruptcy, this position is responsible for managing a portfolio of loans in various stages of bankruptcy, while performing analysis of bankruptcy plans and legal documents. This role conducts detailed analyses of complex bankruptcy cases, ensuring accurate documentation is maintained, and collaborates with internal teams to facilitate communication with legal partners. Additionally, this position serves as a point of contact for borrowers and their representatives, addressing inquiries and providing guidance throughout the bankruptcy process. This role ensures the accurate and timely resolution of bankruptcy cases and contributes to process improvement initiatives, staying informed about changes in bankruptcy laws.
