Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Lead

to join our team and help drive strategic decision-making at the highest levels.

What You'll Do

Working independently with minimal guidance, you'll own and lead Meridian's

financial planning, budgeting, forecasting , and

strategic analysis efforts , partnering closely with leadership across the organization. Lead the execution of annual budgets and long-range (3-year) strategic financial plans Develop and maintain robust financial models that forecast performance and support key strategic initiatives Prepare and interpret core financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements Perform variance analysis across operating units; identify trends and provide actionable recommendations Evaluate investment opportunities, M&A activity, and new business initiatives through detailed feasibility studies and due diligence Identify financial risks and develop proactive mitigation strategies Streamline monthly financial reporting and improve accuracy, clarity, and timeliness of executive reports Analyze industry, economic, and peer data to support scenario planning and strategic pivots Partner with Product and Operational leaders on costing and pricing strategy Guide and mentor Financial and Senior Financial Analysts, fostering a culture of growth and accountability Represent Meridian at select conferences and networking events as a subject matter expert

What You Bring

Education & Experience 6-10 years of progressive experience in financial planning, modeling, and analysis CPA and/or CMA certification preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA strongly preferred)

Core Skills & Competencies Expert-level financial modeling and forecasting experience Deep understanding of financial statements and key performance indicators Strategic thinking paired with strong tactical execution Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights High proficiency in

NetSuite Planning and Budgeting

(as admin and SME) Strong communicator - able to engage stakeholders at all levels Highly analytical, with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Volunteer Time: 8 hours per year Retirement: Robust 401K. Following one year of eligible service, the Company contributes in two ways: (1) match of 100% of each dollar you contribute on the first five percent (5%) of eligible compensation, and (2) Employer basic contribution of 4% of base salary (with increases in basic contribution percentage based on years of service). Employees are 100% vested in Company funded contributions from the date they enter the plan.
