Performs a variety of hotel housekeeping services to maintain clean guest rooms according to established standards. Visually inspects rooms to assist in identifying maintenance items needed. Assists guests whenever possible by providing linens, terry, amenities or providing information as requested. May be asked to assist in laundry / cleaning public space when needed. Ensures an exceptional guest experience by providing courteous, friendly guest service through discovering and responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests and complaints with a +1 Service Attitude. Contributes to maintaining a positive work environment at all times for our diverse team and guests. General Knowledge, Skill and Ability:
Requires ability to follow verbal and written directions. Requires thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures as well as cleaning supplies. Requires ability to work without direct supervision. Provides excellent customer service. Hiring Immediately!

Extensive knowledge of cleaning procedures and supplies. Ability to work independently (without direct supervision) and follow instructions (verbal and written). A positive and solution-oriented attitude. Dedication to providing excellent customer service. Basic Functions and Job Tasks:
Perform a variety of hotel cleaning services to keep guest rooms clean according to established standards. Inspect rooms visually to help identify necessary maintenance items. Assist guests whenever possible by providing bedding, towels, amenities, or requested information. You may be asked to help in laundry/cleaning public spaces when needed. Ensure an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly and courteous service with a +1 Service Attitude. Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment at all times for our diverse team and guests. Drury Hotels are open 7 days a week and our busiest days are weekends (Saturdays and Sundays). Working Saturday and Sunday may be a requirement for this position. General Knowledge, Skill, and Ability:
Requires the ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Requires thorough knowledge of cleaning procedures and cleaning supplies. Requires the ability to work without direct supervision. Provides excellent customer service. Mental and Physical Requirements:
Education: Requires knowledge, skills, and abilities equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school. Experience: Previous experience in cleaning is helpful but not necessary. Essential Functions:
Requires the ability to walk and stand throughout the work shift. Requires the ability to push, vacuum, reach, stretch, and bend in daily work activities. Requires the ability to lift 25
35 pounds intermittently during the workday. Work Relationships:
