Senior level position assigned to either a role in Planning/Scheduling, Cost Management, Project Controls Management or a combination. Under general supervision, competently performs all aspects of planning/scheduling, cost analysis, and earned value management according to training, capability and experience. Provides some guidance to less experienced project controls personnel. The Team

Key Responsibilities
Demonstrates the capability of leading the project control function of a project and able to influence internal and external clients. Lead facilitator of project forecasts. Recognizes issues and advises project team on matters affecting project execution. Supports proposal efforts. Cost: Leads project cost controls team to prepare baseline cost deliverables. Leads Cost Report development and reporting. Leads Cost Spread development and reporting. Understands cash position on project. Able to develop Cash Flows. Leads and analyses monthly reports. Leads quantity reporting. Maintains Change Log and ensures forecast reflects appropriate potential changes. Identifies potential changes and supports change quantification. Provides cost support for key scheduling processes. Schedule/Planning: Leads project controls schedule team in all planning & scheduling efforts, including float analysis, earned value, startup planning, and constructability. Leads development of Level I/II schedule during proposal stage. Provides Schedule Support for key cost control processes. Project Controls Management: May lead a team of project control professionals. Leads planning and cost control functions with supervision. Ensures tools are in place to know work status and proactively identify and escalate issues. Collaborates with management team on project execution. Secures project management support. Participates in risk and change management discussions. Supports department initiatives. Management Responsibilities
Acts in capacity of a "lead person." Does not have management responsibility for the people to whom they provide work direction. Preferred Qualifications
Prefer four-year Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Minimum Qualifications
Four-year Bachelor's degree with six or more years of relevant Cost Control of Planning & Scheduling experience OR no four-year Bachelor's degree required with eight years or more of relevant Cost Control or Planning & Scheduling experience in Home Office or Field Office. All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations. Office Environment: This position requires sitting, talking, hearing, keyboard input and seeing. Occasional travel up to 25% may be required. Construction Site Environment: This position requires standing, kneeling, bending, stooping, moving, and walking long distances in and around confined, cluttered places and uneven areas. It also requires the ability to see and hear naturally or with correction, work at heights above 5 feet, climb and maintain balance on stairs, ladders, and scaffolds and work up to a 12-hour shift. The work environment may involve cramped workspaces, very hot or cold temperatures, inclement weather, extreme lighting conditions, distracting or uncomfortable noise levels, and hazardous equipment.
