Apply exterior pest control treatments safely and efficiently Maintain and service equipment as needed Identify and recommend additional services to customers and prospects Communicate proactively with customers to address their concerns and improve satisfaction Collaborate with the team and leadership to promote ongoing improvement and development Required Qualifications
Valid pest control license (or ability to obtain one) Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds and operate machinery Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Must pass a background check and drug screening Integrity, humility, compassion, and resilience Enjoy working outdoors in various weather conditions Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a team-first attitude Why Join Lawn Doctor?
