This role will work with both internal and external leaders, across the North America organization in the creation and execution of our Distribution and Supply-Chain Strategies. This includes, but is not limited to: Distribution, Customer Logistics, Procurement, Planning, Finance, Real Estate, 3PLs, and Global Supply-Chain teams. In this role, you will: Provide leadership, coordination and direction to ensure successful delivery of strategic POWER Logistics programs, with a specific focus on DC Footprint project leadership, as well as providing functional supply chain and operations expertise to these activities Drive Logistics Strategy Development and program execution with all business units across North America Lead assigned project execution for Regional DCs, with a focus on NA Distribution POWER footprint transformation Support the Logistics Value-Stream team in process development and continuous improvement, particularly as it relates to POWER Logistics program Lead strategy deployment and/or execution of key logistics focus areas, which may include but not limited to the areas: Capital/project management, Layouts/Building Design, DC OPEX, Material handling equipment, relocation activities, building improvement projects, and DC start-ups/closures Coordinate the connection of Logistics Operations projects and improvement plans with all necessary cross-functional teams Take operational ownership of key Logistics initiatives as needed, ensuring effective project management of start-up activities About You: You perform at the highest level possible, and you appreciate a performance culture fueled by authentic caring. Experienced in leading capital projects. Ability to lead multi-functional teams; Demonstrated experience & expertise in strategic thinking, and in developing & leading strategy deployment processes. Ability to influence, orchestrate large projects and lead issue resolution across multiple cross-functional teams & DC operating teams. Distribution Operations general knowledge is preferred. Willingness to travel up to 30%, dependent on project activity and need. Salary Range: 105,740
