Assist with the company's earnings releases and SEC filings, including 10-Ks, 10-Qs, 8-Ks, proxy statements, and Section 16 reporting Prepare board and committee meeting agendas and provide general board and committee support Draft, review, and negotiate a range of commercial agreements Develop and implement contract templates, policies, and procedures Assist with the company's sustainability governance and reporting initiatives Provide practical, actionable advice and strategic support to executives and employees on a variety of corporate and commercial matters Counsel on Nasdaq listing requirements Work collaboratively with the finance, talent, and other cross-functional teams on a variety of matters Assist with capital markets transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic transactions, including by working with cross-functional teams to lead diligence activities, structure and effect transactions, and successfully integrate acquired companies Review press releases and certain other strategic communications Stay up-to-date on legal and regulatory developments, governance trends, general legal issues and best practices, assess impact on the company and recommend changes to Sunrun's programs or policies if advisable Qualifications/Skills

JD from a with excellent academic credentials and membership in at least one state bar Minimum of 4-6 years' experience as an attorney, with law firm experience required and prior in-house legal experience is a plus Must have significant experience advising on SEC rules, regulations and compliance Must have experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts Be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to handle multiple matters simultaneously and to prioritize effectively Evaluate issues from legal and business perspectives with a practical, business-oriented approach to problem solving Strong project management skills Ability to develop strong working relationships and to work across functions and teams Excellent written, oral and negotiation communication skills High ethical standards, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving skills.
