The Assistant Executive Director of LTC Therapy and TBS Services is responsible for overseeing the assessment process and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, clinically appropriate services to individuals served by our Long-Term Care (LTC) Therapy and Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) teams. This role works in close collaboration with the Executive Director of Therapy and provides leadership, supervision, and operational support to ensure clinical services meet medical necessity standards and are delivered with excellence and integrity. Candidates must demonstrate strong alignment with our organizational Leadership Expectations, especially in the area of professional integrity. Key Responsibilities May Include:
Managing and supporting day-to-day clinical operations for the LTC Therapy and TBS teams Providing supervision and guidance to assigned clinical staff and support roles Ensuring assessments and service delivery meet clinical and regulatory standards Collaborating with leadership to uphold quality, compliance, and operational efficiency Supporting professional development and performance monitoring for team members Upholding ethical standards and confidentiality across all client and staff interactions Minimum Requirements:
A graduate degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling Active licensure in Ohio as either an LISW-S or LPCC-S A minimum of 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience (preferred) Demonstrated maturity, flexibility, and strong decision-making abilities Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills Ability to respond to crisis situations with composure and professionalism Confidence in providing respectful direction to staff and engaging with residents, families, and regulatory agencies Must always maintain confidentiality and professionalism Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, personal automobile insurance, and an acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy What ViaQuest Can Offer You:
