Location: Clinton, MO 64735 Duration: 8/18/2025 - 10/3/2025 Shift/Time Zone: 9:00am-6:00pm CST Job Description: The Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions. They are any age, from pediatrics to geriatrics. Their role as a phlebotomist is to collect specimens in a courteous, efficient, and accurate manner. They ensure quality patient care by executing company and laboratory policies and procedures. These procedures include but are not limited to: specimen handling and transportation, communication for follow-up and results, and the scheduling of patients. PSR IIs also perform verification and logistical sorting of all specimens received.
