As a Client Services Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Responsibility for IT infrastructure in the Columbia, MO plant location Implement global IT procedures and systems, working with global support teams Liaison between site engineering, external vendors and corporate IT teams in relation to service issues, or project installations Lead IT Infrastructure projects Manage IT components of local statutory and audit requirements End User Service project support and delivery Vendor management for local suppliers including mobile telecoms, PC support and network connectivity Your Skills and Expertise. To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher AND (4) four years of IT experience in a private, public, government or military environment OR High School Diploma/GED AND (8) eight years of IT experience in a private, public, government or military environment Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience working in a regulated environment (SOX, FDA, etc.) Cross-functional IT expertise (applications, security, network and database infrastructure) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated ability to create effective and engaging communications Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills Customer service mindset and sense of urgency Work location: Onsite-MO-United States Travel: May include up to 10% [international/domestic] Relocation Assistance: May be authorized Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
