The Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Site Manager will lead the development and execution of site-specific EHS plans that align with PepsiCo's overall objectives. Reporting to the Regional EHS Manager, this role drives risk management through hazard identification, regulatory compliance, incident investigation, and prevention in a fast-paced manufacturing and warehousing environment. As the site's EHS subject matter expert, the Site Manager will implement the Supply Chain EHS Annual Operating Plan (AOP), provide training and consultation to functional leaders, and build team capabilities to reduce risk and improve safety. Responsibilities include analyzing incidents, developing solutions, and promoting a strong prevention-focused culture that prioritizes employee well-being. The ideal candidate is a proactive and collaborative leader who can engage and motivate the site team, support policy and procedure development, and deliver best-in-class EHS programs to strengthen overall site performance. Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is between $106,400 - $178,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications
Degree is required. Occupational EHS discipline, Science or Engineering preferred. 5+ years of Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) experience in a manufacturing environment required. Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred. Professional EHS certification is preferred (CIH, CSP, CHMM, and / or PE). Functional EHS Knowledge in regulatory requirements, EHS technical aspects (safety, industrial hygiene, environmental), risk management, behavior-based safety, training, auditing / program review, regulatory agency enforcement, EHS vendor / consultant management, business knowledge required. Proven track record in driving cultural change in EHS. Strong communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal and influence management skills. Incumbent must be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks without losing momentum while also completing all daily tasks efficiently and effectively.
