Lead facility startup projects including site readiness, systems integration, process design, and operational ramp-up. Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., engineering, IT, operations, compliance) and external vendors to ensure seamless execution. Facilitate cross-functional meetings to define milestones, resolve issues, and maintain alignment across teams. Oversee the development and implementation of SOPs and training programs for new facilities. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Support change management efforts and drive adoption of new technologies and workflows. Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, KPIs, and business impact. Contribute to continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned and standardizing best practices for future startups. Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business, supply chain, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience) and typically requires 7+ years of relevant experience. Experience in project management, operations, or facility startup roles, preferably in healthcare, logistics, or pharmacy environments. Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site projects with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Confluence) and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel up to 25% to support facility launches and site readiness. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in pharmacy operations, healthcare distribution, or regulated environments. Familiarity with WMS & Pharmacy Dispensing platforms and automation technologies. Working knowledge of data analytics and performance metrics. PMP or similar project management certification. The pay range shown below is aligned with McKesson's pay philosophy, and pay will always be compliant with any applicable regulations. In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
