REPAY is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst for our Atlanta, GA Financial Planning and Analysis Team. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, have great communication skills, understand financial data, and have the ability to recognize opportunities to automate manual processes. They should also be able to work independently as well as collaboratively with Corporate Development, Accounting, Technology and Sales Teams to gather and properly interpret data while delivering answers and insights. Key Responsibilities

Lead FP&A reporting processes (monthly & quarterly financial reporting, variance analysis, and forecasting). Support preparation of financial reports for the CFO and executive leadership team, providing clear insights into company performance, trends, and strategic opportunities. Prepare annual budgets and long-term financial projections. Identify risks and opportunities and proactively recommend corrective actions. Evaluate financial and operational KPIs to track business performance. Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand financial impacts and business drivers. Support senior leadership in strategic planning and investment decisions. Work with senior leaders to align financial strategies with business objectives. Provide strategic financial insights and analysis to influence key business decisions. Contribute to corporate initiatives as needed, including M&A and strategic investments. Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting and forecasting processes. Ensure data integrity and consistency in financial reporting systems. Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related financial role. Financial accounting and payment processing data knowledge is preferred. Strong analytical skills and experience with financial modeling and framing decisions with data. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally at various levels within a company. Proven ability to take initiative and be proactive, with the desire to grow and learn. Demonstrated experience with MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. Experience with at least one business intelligence platform (Power BI, Tableau, Other) preferred. Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite is a plus. WHY JOIN REPAY.
