In addition to base pay, Kwik Trip gives 40% of pre-tax profits back to our coworkers with bonuses ranging from 8-12% of each coworker's gross annual wage depending on company profitability and offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401k, paid time off, and more. Kwik Trip, Inc.'s Information Technology Department is seeking a full-time Software Quality Assurance Analyst. This role will be responsible for defining software quality standards as well as select, implement and train on the most efficient and effective software quality assurance product, processes and policies to ensure Kwik Trip is providing the best possible software experience to the business.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Develop, maintain and execute test plansPerform analysis of new and existing systemsIdentify critical bugs using multiple methods (smoke, verification, regression, etc.)Documentation and reporting of new/known bugs and issuesDevelop and maintain an application auditEvaluate software and services to submit recommendations on improvementMaintain working knowledge of quality standards and user acceptanceReview specifications, designs and mock ups to provide feedbackConsistent communication with recommendations and concerns to Project ManagersQualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two year college.Candidates should possess the following:Knowledge of QA methodologies and processesBasic knowledge of development practices and source controlExperience with scripting and test automationUnderstanding and knowledgeable in web concepts and terminologyMaintain confidential informationSuccessful candidates should demonstrate:Proficiency with Microsoft Office software for word processing, spreadsheets, visualizations, project planning, etc.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Strong analytical and problem solving skills.Ability to conduct and direct research and data collection on own and with a teamStrong planning and organizing decision makingAbility to prioritize and manage multiple projects/responsibilities. Communicate ideas in both technical as well as business and user-friendly languageWork Schedule: Monday through Friday, daytime hours, or as needed to perform duties.
