Bilingual in Spanish candidates are preferred • Candidates must have a quiet and private space designated for focused work • Must have high speed internet • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills • Competent computer skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook • Exceptional organizational and time- management focus, with attention to detail • Ability to work under own initiative • Prior Insurance experience preferred • Conduct & complete medical questionnaires with applicants • Metrics are based on call audits, maintaining regular attendance and average calls completed • Hours given will vary between 7am- 7pm CST & based on business need • 1+ years' experience in call center environment preferred • Experience communicating with medical terminology a plus

Education • High school diploma or equivalent required
