RSC2 is currently looking for two Data Analysts to join our growing team in Arlington, VA!
The Data Analyst shall identify individuals, entities and organizations of interest to GTI investigations. He or she shall use digital methods to conduct open-source intelligence research and analysis on matters of national security to support federal law enforcement investigations. He or she shall assess foreign and domestic-based publicly available information to identify trends, patterns, and relationships that provide unique insights and compile them to validate intelligence support requirements. He or she shall identify trends, detect high-risk areas for weapons proliferation and prioritize enforcement approaches by applying research and advanced analytics. He or she shall perform data collection and entry. He or she shall regularize foreign to English naming conventions. He or she shall perform analysis on collected data.
Requirements:
Active Public Trust Clearance Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited University or ten (10) years of experience working in a related field. Four (4) or more years' experience in open-source intelligence data support, PED (processing, exploitation dissemination) of collected data and follow-up research Four (4) or more years' experience in mining or scraping large amounts of data from open and dark web; perform ETL (extract, transform, load) processes on collected data Four (4) or more years' experience in social media exploitation, trend development, illicit network analysis, and identification of hidden associations. Three (3) or more years' experience in data analysis including trend analysis, link analysis, and identification of hidden associations
