Sustainable Talent is seeking a highly motivated Skilled Trades/Manufacturing Recruiter to support one of our valued clients through an extended contract engagement. This position plays a key role in full-cycle recruiting, skilled trades sourcing, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in high-volume recruitment with proven experience in sourcing and placing skilled trades professionals. Key Responsibilities: Partner closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruitment strategies for skilled trades roles. Own the full recruitment lifecycle: intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support. Build a top-of-funnel talent pipeline by leveraging multiple sourcing channels including job boards, networking, referral programs, and outreach campaigns. Engage diverse and qualified candidates to support hiring initiatives across a range of skilled trade functions. Utilize ATS/CRM systems to track candidates, manage requisitions, and streamline workflows. Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through transparent communication and efficient processes. Provide regular updates and metrics reporting to hiring partners and recruitment leads. Use ADP systems in coordination with recruitment and onboarding workflows, as required. Stay informed of trends and best practices in skilled trades recruiting, sourcing strategies, and labor market conditions. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 57 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including high-volume recruitment environments. Minimum 3 years of experience recruiting for Skilled Trades positions
required. Proven success in sourcing, engaging, and closing candidates in skilled labor roles. Proficient in ATS/CRM systems such as Eightfold, Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Oracle. Hands-on experience using ADP in a recruiting or onboarding capacity. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work onsite in Simpsonville. Preferred Skills: Creative sourcing skills and experience building pipelines for hard-to-fill roles. Knowledge of talent acquisition metrics and data-informed recruitment practices. Experience recruiting across multiple functions or supporting geographically distributed teams.
