Key Responsibilities: Engage with service drive customers

to acquire their vehicles for dealership inventory Use

AutoAlert

to identify and contact potential trade-in customers Appraise customer vehicles

- take detailed photos and use your phone to scan and upload vehicles into our appraisal system Follow up with customers via

phone, text, and in-person

to facilitate trades or purchases Walk the service lane

and confidently initiate conversations with customers Source vehicles from

Facebook Marketplace

and other platforms for dealership purchase Work closely with management to support dealership acquisition goals What We're Looking For: Excellent communication and customer engagement skills Strong ability to build rapport quickly and professionally Comfortable using technology and mobile tools for appraisals and communication Prior experience in automotive sales, service, or acquisitions a plus Excel proficiency helpful
