We are seeking candidates who are eager to provide administrative support, learn new processes in the Deans Office of the College of Natural Sciences. Ample training and support will be given to ensure success in this role. This position is open to both work study and non-work-study students. Job Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day office activities, including maintenance of office supplies and a variety of general clerical duties Act as first point of contact for visitors to the Dean's Office, and provide excellent customer service to all who visit or call the office Assist the Assistant to the Dean Organize and assist in preparation for events Perform other tasks and projects as assigned by the Assistant to the Dean Career Competencies

Part-time In-person Semesterly appointment with the potential to be extended $10/hr. Work Shift

Applicants will be expected to work during the business hours of, Monday

Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Up to 12 hours per week. Required Qualifications
