The Mobile Service Business Development Specialist plays a key role in supporting assigned dealerships by proactively increasing Mobile Service appointments and ensuring optimal utilization of the Mobile Service Van schedule. This role bridges customer convenience with dealership efficiency, delivering high-quality service directly to customers' locations. Key Responsibilities: Drive Mobile Service Bookings: Proactively contact customers to schedule Mobile Service appointments and fill the Mobile Service Van schedule throughout the week. Respond to Customer Inquiries: Handle incoming calls and internet leads related to Mobile Service offerings. Customer Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional service opportunities. CRM and Database Management: Accurately update and maintain customer records and appointment data in the CRM system. Coordinate with Dealership Teams: Collaborate with service advisors and Mobile Service technicians to ensure seamless scheduling and service delivery. Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential customers through marketing campaigns and service history analysis. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance related to Mobile Service operations and reporting. Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers and dealership personnel. Strong customer service orientation with a professional and friendly demeanor. Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications. Previous experience in a BDC, telemarketing, or service scheduling role preferred. Ability to resolve customer concerns and scheduling conflicts effectively. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of automotive services and Mobile Service operations. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple dealership schedules. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and meet clear performance goals. Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and service excellence. Additional Information

Weekly Mobile Service appointments scheduled. Mobile Service Van utilization rate. Customer satisfaction and follow-up completion rate. Lead conversion rate from outreach efforts. Note: This role is assigned to specific dealerships and requires close coordination with each location's service team to align scheduling and customer outreach strategies.
