Job Description

We're seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Strategy team in Dallas, TX. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about healthcare and eager to gain hands-on experience in strategic financial analysis, market research, and business case modeling. This analyst will report directly to the Finance Manager, Strategy and work alongside the Director of Strategic Finance. Key Responsibilities Support development and implementation of growth strategies by market and service line Build bottom-up financial models to assess new initiatives and market opportunities Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning Leverage third-party resources to support real estate strategy and business development Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and Business Development, as well as therapy, ABA, and nursing service line leaders Financial models and decks to support key executive decision making Qualifications

Graduated in December 2024 or May/June 2025 Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field: Economics, Math, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related Strong quantitative and analytical skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-starter with a demonstrated curiosity for business and strategy Willingness to learn and openness to coaching Preferred (but not required) Internship or academic experience in financial modeling, market analysis, or strategy Exposure to data visualization or analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL) Strong interest in working in healthcare Additional Information

You'll be mentored and developed on training plans and receive direct coaching from the Director and Manager of Strategic Finance, whose backgrounds include consulting, corporate development, corporate finance, and real estate. This role will help to build early career skills, including quantitative and qualitative analyses, financial model building, and cross functional collaboration Benefits are available to eligible employees on the first of the month after 30 days of employment Base salary $65,000 - $75,000 annually and paid weekly Phone Allowance Medical, Dental & Vision Coverage
