The aim of the Channel Innovation Regional Deployment Lead is to provide leadership, coordination, and execution of key strategic initiatives within the Global Commercial Office, with focus on driving adoption and performance of Channel Innovation programs, supporting the business, to enhance reach, sales productivity and customer experience. This role will lead the adoption and performance of new sales channels, in particular the Remote Sales, E-Store and Remote Support, to expand customer reach and drive profitable sales for the Operating Units. Additionally, the Regional Deployment lead will be in charge of deploying Customer Insights initiatives such as NPS, embedding customer experience into OUs decision making process. In particular, the role will support the deployment of Connect.Me teams, will develop coaching mechanisms, will engage sales organizations including First Line Sales Managers, to foster integration and performance; it will support opportunity management in collaboration with digital marketing where applicable, it will ultimately drive results and Connect.Me performance locally. Successful execution will involve leading deployment of the E-Commerce platforms (Connect E-Store), promotion & onboarding, working in collaboration with local customer care tams and with marketing & Sales teams for marketing and product strategies / catalogue. The Regional Lead will be in charge of identifying opportunities for introduction of Remote Support (for OR cases, programming, training and proctoring), leveraging the LiveStream solution, targeting accounts, building opportunity pipelines and supporting teams to ultimately convert cases and drive productivity of TC teams. To ensure a customer-centric culture, the role will support deployment of relationship NPS market researches, providing leading business indicators to the OUs. This might require maintenance on CRM system, ensuring contact data quality. The role will work in close collaboration with other regional Remote Engagement leaders, present in Europe and Asia, as well as with the central strategy leaders, and supporting functions, to continue drive innovation, anticipate needs, and provide solid support to the Operating Units. It will be critical that the lead deploys regional priorities, while at the same time challenging strategy leads to the effectiveness of the strategy, he/she will engage with local network, and be moved by a spirt of continuous innovation to drive change. The position requires a mix of sales/marketing, digital and transformation competences in understanding evolving needs, capturing market opportunities, and driving effective business execution locally. The role requires a high degree of business acumen and strategic thinking, to allow anticipating market trends and business need, and providing omni-channel strategies to meet the goals of the OUs. The position plays a pivotal key role in the country and requires high influencing and communication skills at all levels including from field reps to senior management, in addition to high degree of collaboration with business counterparts. With the continuous evolution of the strategy, flexibility, adaptation, and drive are highly valued. Strategic Thinking Long-range vision/insight to determine strategic direction Ability to assess and prioritize opportunities to gauge the best return on time and money invested Understanding of health care system requirements Ability to plan, organize, monitor, and execute project plans on time and in budget Business Acumen Business-wide view and understanding of final business application for strategic initiatives under discussion Field and Remote sales, understanding of the country dynamics, reps, and customer needs Analytical skills (including understanding of business economics and financial measures) Ability to assess and integrate market & economics requirements within financial constraints Interpersonal and Talent Development Strong interpersonal skills - ability to work cooperatively and effectively in matrix environment, and manage teams indirectly Independency, autonomy, confidence Ability to communicate (succinctly and accurately) to various levels of management and customers Must Haves: Bachelors degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
