HR Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department. This candidate will assist with the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties, maintaining HR records, coordinating onboarding processes, and facilitating employee engagement activities. Specific duties and responsibilities include: Coordinate, schedule, and manage onboarding and offboarding processes for employees Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in personnel files Manage open and ongoing worker compensation claims Help with employment engagement events and programs Assist with benefits administration, employee changes, and enrollment tracking Handle HR policies such as boot and wellness reimbursement Prepare HR documents, reports, and presentations as needed Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies Support the recruiting team Assist with special projects as assigned Other duties as assigned Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or similar. Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish) 2+ years HR and Manufacturing experience. Understanding of employment law, compliance, benefits, payroll. Accurate and outstanding data entry skills. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Detail oriented, excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize work. Proficient use of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
