Data Processor Responsibilities

Import, clean, and validate data from various sources such as Excel, CSV, TXT, and databases. Format and prepare data for applications like mail merges, variable printing, and direct mail. Utilize tools including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Fox Pro, and BCC Architect for data processing and merging. Conduct address standardization, deduplication, NCOA/CASS/DPV processing, and presort functions. Thoroughly review output files to ensure accuracy before passing them to production teams. Collaborate with internal teams to address any file issues or discrepancies. Maintain data security and confidentiality throughout the processing stages. Ensure adherence to all USPS mailing regulations. Data Processor Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; an associate or bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred. 1-2 years of experience in data processing, data entry, or related roles; prior experience in the print/mail industry is advantageous. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Fox Pro and BCC Architect is highly desired. Knowledge of SQL is essential. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational abilities.
