4:30 PM About the Role We're partnering with a leading oil and gas company to hire a Logistics Coordinator with strong SAP experience and a background in supply chain or shipment logistics. This is a hybrid role supporting a collaborative team of 75 professionals in a fast-paced, high-impact environment. This opportunity opened due to an internal promotionnow we're looking for someone who's ready to step in and grow! Key Responsibilities Create and manage orders in SAP Coordinate shipments from port to final destination Handle Bills of Lading (BOL) and vendor communications Break down and reconcile billing in SAP Interpret and process order requests from various vendors Communicate effectively via phone and email Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations Qualifications Must-Haves: 13 years of experience in logistics or supply chain Proficiency in SAP Experience with shipment coordination (BOL, vendors, port-to-site logistics) Strong communication and organizational skills Nice-to-Haves: Background in oil, gas, energy, or industrial shipping Experience working in a mid-sized office environment Work Environment & Schedule Hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days onsite (team decides schedule collaboratively) Office of 75+ employees All equipment provided Drug and background check required Interested?
