Location: Sanford, FL Schedule: Full-Time | Days or Nights (Rotating Weekends) Salary Range: $33.77
$49.06 per hour (Based on Years of Experience) Night Shift Differential: $4.50/hr Weekend Differential: $1.50/hr Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) | $15,000 (Nights) Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case basis We are seeking a skilled ICU RN to join our critical care team. In this role, you'll provide high-acuity care to critically ill patients who require close monitoring and frequent assessments. You will collaborate with a highly trained team and play a vital role in achieving outstanding patient outcomes. Responsibilities:
Perform complex assessments and deliver high-level nursing care Monitor critical vitals and respond quickly to changes in patient status Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Educate and support patients and their families during critical hospital stays Qualifications:
Active Florida RN license or Compact License (must obtain Florida license within 60 days) ADN or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred 1+ years of recent ICU acute care RN experience required BLS required within 30 days ACLS required within 6 months NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days PALS within 6 months Unit Information:
16-bed ICU Nurse-to-patient ratio: 1:1 or 1:2 Benefits Highlights:
