Occupational Health Administrative Support
Location: Marion, IL Shift: Days Time Type: Full Time Facility/Clinic Name: Urgent Care-Work Care Position Summary Responsible for providing administrative support, serving as the main resource for organization of client services for occupational health program. Oversees client protocols and assists employers with on-site occupational health services. Education Associates degree required, or High School diploma or equivalent with 3 years of experience working in a medical or healthcare environment Licenses and Certification DOT/BAT Trainer and Collector Certified Experience and Skills Technical Experience: 3-5 years healthcare experience Role Specific Responsibilities Serves as the main resource for on-site client services. Assists manager in achieving strategic performance goals and financial performance. Coordinates on-site scheduling for occupational health clients; Establish and set schedules according to client needs of all Occupation Med Tech staff. Devise forms for department and update existing forms in use. Assists department manager with networking events by updating client data base preparing marketing packets, written correspondence and surveys. Monitor on a weekly basis list of targeted businesses. Update clients regarding occupational health service lines. Collaborate with department manager to expand client base and improve services. Oversees client protocols and assists employers/client as needed. Manages random consortium for employers and generates notification letters per DOT standards. Prepares and organizes employer health fair agendas and materials. Assists with quotes and proposals for services as directed by manager. Maintains database of targeted businesses to market services. Collaborates with other departments as needed. Coordinate requests to assist an improvement and expansion of program. Track patient/client satisfaction through client service calls, surveys and resolve serve matters. Completes department audits weekly and is responsible for assisting with meeting all compliance and regulatory standards.
