Pipe Superintendent
Environmental Air Systems is a leading full-service mechanical contractor, and we're looking for a Pipe Superintendent to lead our talented team of pipe welders, fitters, and helpers in our manufacturing shop. If you're passionate about safety, quality, and leadership in industrial HVAC piping systems, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do
Lead the prefabrication of piping systems (chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate, etc.) Champion safety by enforcing protocols and conducting audits Manage project timelines and coordinate with sales for scope verification and estimates Communicate regularly with project managers and clients Oversee tool inspections, review submittals, and maintain documentation Hire and mentor new team members Write daily reports and maintain clear correspondence What You Bring
5+ years of supervisory experience in pipe fabrication Strong knowledge of flowline manufacturing and piping methods Ability to read blueprints and schematics Excellent time management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (email, spreadsheets, word processing, presentations) Education & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent required Trade school certification preferred Comfortable working in varying temperatures and noise levels (90+ decibels) Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift What We Offer
