The Senior B2B eCommerce Solutions Consultant serves as a key customer and dealer-facing liaison, orchestrating complex relationships and workflows between customers, dealers, MillerKnoll account teams, and the B2B eCommerce team. This role is responsible for aligning business processes, supporting technology integrations, and ensuring contractual and operational requirements are met for customers. Essential Functions: Facilitate alignment on customer and dealer workflows, ensuring technology solutions are mapped to support specific business and operational requirements. Advise on procurement platform capabilities and integration strategies, leveraging deep knowledge of procurement workflows and MillerKnoll eCommerce solutions. Lead discovery sessions to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and document business processes for both customers and dealers. Support the fulfillment of customer contractual requirements, including Service Level Agreements (SLAs), compliance reporting, budget estimators and other key deliverables. Guide customers and dealers through onboarding, integration, and change management processes, ensuring a seamless transition to new eCommerce solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer and dealer needs are accurately represented in project planning and execution. Provide consultative support for global, enterprise, healthcare, education, and public sector accounts, understanding the unique needs and compliance requirements of these sectors. Support the development and rollout of procedures and workflows, ensuring alignment for process improvements. Navigate between multiple dealers, particularly where workflow or technology alignment is required. Qualifications: 5+ years' experience in B2B eCommerce consulting, solutions architecture, or related customer-facing technology roles Proven experience working with procurement platforms, procurement workflows, and eCommerce technology integrations in a B2B environment. Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple external stakeholders (customers, dealers, partners). Strong skills in workflow analysis and process optimization Excellent negotiation, facilitation, and conflict resolution abilities to build consensus Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences Experience with large enterprise, healthcare, education, or government accounts preferred Proficiency in business reporting, analytics tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Tableau, Salesforce), and SLA/data management Detail oriented This role is ideal for a collaborative, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment and is passionate about driving digital transformation in B2B commerce.
