Patient Services Representative
We are seeking per diem Patient Services Representatives to pick up shifts Monday through Friday, but we can be flexible on exact days based on employee availability. PSRs serve as the face of our medical group and play a key role in managing the patient experience on the support side. We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting! In this role, you would be expected to cover various practices across the Pioneer Valley. Towns/cities include: Amherst, Belchertown, Florence, Greenfield, Hadley, Northampton, South Deerfield, West Hatfield, Williamsburg. We do our best to keep all employees with their preferred geographic regions/specialty areas; however, float pool employees must be able and willing to commute to any of our locations during orientation (for training/precepting purposes) or during times of fluctuating staffing shortages (for cross-coverage purposes). Qualifications
Required: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of six (6) months reception or customer service experience, preferably in a health care setting Additional Job Details (if applicable): Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology preferred Bilingual Spanish/English preferred Familiarity with insurance payers preferred Remote Type
