Integration Program Manager

The Integration Program Manager will serve as a key leader and change agent within the Arch Capital team. Reporting to the Deputy Chief Transformation Officer, this individual will collaborate with a global team on critical strategic initiatives. The initial focus will be on ensuring the successful transition of all finance-related activities following a recent major acquisition, with a target completion date of 2026. The role requires close partnership with business peers, segment executives, and senior management to drive effective execution. Furthermore, this position will play a pivotal role in shaping strategy and advancing the future of Arch by modernizing processes and reporting with a major focus on Financial Operations as directed by the Deputy Chief Transformation Officer. Essential responsibilities and accountabilities include: Execute strategic priorities as directed by the Deputy Chief Transformation Officer. Take part in special projects, including group strategic initiatives and potential mergers and acquisitions implementation activities. Responsible for working closely with business leaders to plan and deliver on primary objectives as determined by Deputy Chief Transformation Officer through the implementation of standard work, supported by consistent management routines and team practices. Regarding the initial focus on ensuring a successful transition of all finance-related activities following a recent major acquisition: Responsible for developing and executing on the integration cutover plan including all planning tasks required for successful deployment and any post separation obligations. Responsible for the embedding of enduring end-to-end finance processes (i.e. Billing, Reinsurance, and Financial operations) across functions (onshore/offshore) from the recent acquisition. Knowledge and skills required include: Dynamic and motivated individual, capable of handling complex structured tasks that require close attention to timing and detail, as well as unplanned projects and challenges that require effective and unique solutions, often in a compressed timeframe. Proven leader and collaborative team player adept at providing vision while working hands-on when required. Skilled in both strategic planning and tactical execution. Leader with expertise in business/IT change, business planning, budgeting, and initiative prioritization with extensive program and project management experience, including interdependency management. Strong understanding of Finance processes and systems and the ability to work within a global structure where certain core functions are modeled as shared services and managed by a corporate group. Experience with and exposure to various operational disciplines (underwriting, claims, IT, etc.) to ensure that finance is communicating between units and capturing all required information for downstream financial reporting. Strong active listening, coaching, and capability development skills. Proficient in analyzing customer feedback, building consensus at senior levels, and conveying technical concepts clearly. Effective at overcoming obstacles, negotiating resources, and fostering relationships across all organizational levels. Decisive and adaptable in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Education and experience required include: At least 10+ years of experience as a Transformation Executive; with demonstrated success in leading transformational change. Has experience working with North American Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance industry. Required knowledge and skills would typically be acquired through a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (or equivalent in experience). Professional Lean Certification or similar certification, or experience implementing continuous improvement principles in service environments/organizations (e.g., Business Agility, Lean management techniques, Six Sigma certification, etc.) Certified Public Accountant or Chartered Accountant is preferred but not required. MBA, SEC reporting and public accounting background are preferred but not required. Working Conditions/Environment & Physical Demands
Normal office environment. Complex engagements will at times create significant attention outside of normal working hours. In-office/remote option position with travel expected as required. Incumbent may be asked to perform other duties as required including the delivery of specific projects and/or programs of work. The base salary range for individuals assigned or hired to work in the indicated locations is $163,000 - $220,000. Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above pay range may be modified in the future.
